COVID-19 ALERT!
As you know, the Covid-19 virus has changed the entire landscape of life in just a few short weeks. That's the bad news. The good news is that most saxophone repair people are still healthy and working in their shops, including me. If you need a saxophone repaired, there are two ways you can get the help you need.
1: Bring me your vintage or modern saxophone, in person. I'll meet you outside the shop, so we don't have to get closer than six feet or so, and I'll definitely sanitize the case and the horn before I touch anything.
2: Ship it. The virus can live at most for three days on steel (or brass) surfaces, and that's about how long (on average) it takes to ship a sax to me.
[From "Live Science" website: A new analysis found that the virus can remain viable in the air for up to 3 hours, on copper for up to 4 hours, on cardboard up to 24 hours and on plastic and stainless steel up to 72 hours.]
Before I will work on a saxophone (and after), I sterilize the horn and the case, inside and outside. There's some good information here about how to accomplish that: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/cleaning-disinfection.html
Let's all stay safe in these troubled times and adhere to the CDC's guidlines for acceptable behavior so we don't infect others. I'm in the class of people considered most vulnerable, so I won't be taking any chances!
And if you're not sick, but required to stay home, remember, that's prime practice time! Time to learn Giant Steps in Minor!

CALL TODAY!
I always have a variety of great Vintage and Modern saxophones here in the shop, for sale. Turnover can be rapid, so if you see something you like, get in touch right away. Everything I have for sale is not necessarily on this site, so please feel free to let me know what you're looking for. I might have it right here! I will be updating the site daily with new horns, so check back often.
I also accept repair jobs by mail, through FedEx or UPS. I've sold many saxes to my international customers, and have worked on many a fine horn sent to me by customers here in the US.
